Hey people, i have made the proposed 2-tier premier league thats been discussed which includes celtic and rangers.
I have made a Premier league A and Premier league B, they both consist of 18 teams. I have added the top 16 teams who finished last seasons Barclays Premiership + Celtic and Ranger into League A. Then in League B there are the 4 remaining teams who finished in the Premiership last season + the top 14 who finished in the Championship.
Bellow these 2 leagues i have revamped the Championship, which now has 18 teams and leagues 1+2 have 20 teams.
In the real life proposal they where saying that there would possibly no relegation from the Premierships B league, which i personally think would be crap, i wanted to have 1 go down automatic, and then a playoff between the team who finished 17th and the team who finished 2nd in the championship, but after running the game for a season i noticed that it didnt create the fixture =( and when i clicked on the fixture list to check it caused a crash, SO ive now changed it so that 2 clubs go down Automatically.
Also 1 team is relegated from the A league and then there is a playoff between the 17th placed side and the 2nd placed side in the B League. (this fixture works fine)
I have added in a new cup along with the FA, Carling and Cominity shield. The new cup is called the Premiership Super Cup, which is just for the 36 Premiership clubs! and becuase of this cup the premiership clubs now no longer enter the League cup.
I have divided up the TV money between all 36 clubs so that they each recieve £14m. And the prize money for the Prem A starts at £25m for 1st, £22m for 2nd, then from 3rd down to 18th it starts at £20m, £19m, etc.
In league B, the prize money goes from £5m to £200,000.
I have also added some new rules to the leagues, each teams squad must have a minimum of 10 players trained in the nation, and 4 players trained by the club.
Because i took celtic and rangers out of the Scottish Prem, i was thinking whether to change the scottish set up about, but then i seen an option where you can add a "B team" to each club, so i have added Celtic B and Rangers B into the scottish Prem, this is basically just Celtic and Rangers Reserves in the scottish prem, which i think is pretty cool! =) both clubs are listed as the "reserve team" when you click on either celtic or rangers. Also thier under 19's still play against other scottish under 19 teams, which i also think is cool! =)
Some little issues i noticed once i had run the game for a season where that some cup finals are played at fake grounds which are named after the home team, EG: the comunity shield Man U v Chelsea was played at "Man U Stadium"! and the capacity was only like 30000, it does this becuase in the editor there is no option to select where it is played, which is abit poo. It also does this for the playoff finals aswell.
