Not really known for their football, but Fiji does have a football league.
The Fiji New World National League
Contains 11 teams
There is a youth league
There is a Fiji Cup
There is a Fiji Super Cup
The winner qualifies for the Oceania Champions League
VERSION 2 changes
Correction to amount of teams made, now 11.
Battle of the Giants added
Girmit Soccer Tournament added
Version 3
Inter district championship added. Couldn't get it 100% but it's pretty close.
Couldn't get the inter state thing to work because theirs no second division. I may add it at a later date though.

How do I install this file?
Taken from Shrewie's FAQ..
Instructions on how to use the .xml editor amendments
You should download these files into the following path:
C:\Users\username\Documents\Sports Interactive\Football Manager 2010\editor data
This should be a pre-existing folder but, if not, create one.
Once the appropriate files are in this folder you will be able to add them to any new games you start. You will not be able to amend any existing games to include additional nations / leagues
When you click new game the default database will not automatically load. Instead you will get a screen like this:
http://i35.tinypic.com/1qhced.png
To add the additional leagues, changed leagues or any other amendments you may have made / downloaded, tick the 'change' box in the bottom right hand corner. Then click ok.
The next screen you see will allow you to pick and choose which .xml files, or database modifications, you wish to load on this occasion and will look something like this:

Hit confirm and, as you can see from the next screenshot, the amended / created leagues will be available to play and you can progress as normal:

Are there any problems?
Not that I know of, but please let me know if you come accross any.
Hope you enjoy.
NOTE: Cheers to Reiver for his research and Nota Bene for his tips. Also thanks to IJ for increasing the amount I could upload so that I could supply this file for you.
