I signed him for Everton, he was doing amazing, two hat tricks in a row... That is until he caught an injury putting him out for 5-6 weeks, then he just caught another putting him out for another 3-4 weeks.

Anyone else experience this with him?

Actually have him on loan and he's a phenomenal backup. No injury concerns for me either.

Loaned him first season, then bought him for only 5 million 2nd season. Chelsea must have been mad.. lol

Poor for me. 1.7m signing in the 3rd season, found himself in the reserves then out on loan.

Just released him.

Chelsea accepted a bid of 4m at the start of the third season, but he won't go any lower than 60k a week and I can't really afford that. :nono:

I had him at Chelsea and he was fairly average, played mostly from the bench but did a decent job when given the opportunity. Had him on loan as Blackburn in a seperate save and he was a good goalscorer for me 15-20 goals in the first season.

i have a feeling his physical stats will go up, he can outpace nearly every player he goes against. his other stats are close to correct although i would say his positioning has improved in recent games his decision making is trash

I had him at Preston in my last season after signing him on a free. I feel that he's not worth much more than about 3-4 million. He has good pace and some decent finishing but that's about it. He didn't perform on the wing half as well as he did upfront. He'll get you goals but you'll need a second striker to back him up.

Imo best played as a poacher.

Hmm, seems I've managed to get more out of him than most thankfully...

Signed him for Rangers in 2013 when he was released by Chelsea. In his first season he scored 35 goals in 50 games as well as 15 assists, he was then called up for the England world cup squad, played in all 5 matches and has since played another two games, scoring 1 goal.

So far in his second season he's scored 26 goals in 28 matches and 11 assists, this includes 4 hattricks, including one against AC Milan in a 6-0 thrashing.

His stats have increased over the two years and he's now wanted by Liverpool.

I know it's the SPL etc and the standard obviously isn't the same as EPL, but I've been highly impressed, probably my best signing in my 4 years at Rangers so far.

Had him for five seasons at Everton after signing him on a free, at the start of 2013 .. Scored a total of 98 goals in all competitions before moving on to Arsenal 7.5 million pounds..

Signed him on loan for Sunderland recently, about 10 games into the season and he has only played one League Cup game due to injuries. Despite success with him on previous saves he seems very injury prone on this one, picking up one injury after the other since joining me in pre-season.

Looking to pair him up with Leigh Griffiths in January when Leigh joins from Blackburn. Anything has to be better than Bendtner and that South Korean fella at the moment!

Has anyone else found him to be injury prone?

I hadn't found him to be injury prone...until I started reading about him on this forum :P

He'd managed about 4 years injury free in my Rangers save, then broke his ankle, out for about 5 months, came back and then about a week later got injured again for another 4 months.

Hasn't really been the same player since.
