Hello, I have been running a 4-2-2-2 with great results so far but I feel like the players I find for my deeplying ST never get the full potential out of the position.

The player should be able to perform at a Premier League lvl, never mind how much the player will cost but keep in mind that my team is expected to fight for survival.

He would be a very good prospect at the start of the game, I'm halfway into my third season and he is 20 years old with mediocre stats but the potential to improve. Not sure if I can afford to let him play enough first team football to improve his skills.

I'm currently looking at Celso Borges, Ji Dong-Won and Steven Fletcher. Tevez would be an option if he wouldn't demand such high wages.
