Jack Collison

Can anyone tell me if its just me that hasnt developed Collison properly, but despite all the scout reports, FM Scout saying he has 75% rating, i just cannot get this guy to play anything better than average, average match ratings etc..

Am i missing something, or is Collison one of those players that flatters to deceive. Its a shame, cos i like to buy him if I'm a Prem team, cos he's English with good potential and only 4.7m

i think hes fairly quality on my game averages around about 7 despite repeatedly being in a team which narrowly avoids relegation, though as with alot of good english seems perfectly happy never to play champions league unless someone shells out 10m for him, which frankly i dont think he is worth
